Texas and New Mexico county drilling permit search

What qualifies for a county page

A county enters this directory when the reviewed state snapshot contains at least one permit record in the reviewed 90-day window with defensible county attribution. Permit volume controls ordering, not eligibility. Once a county earns a page, its URL remains in the collection when a later window falls to zero; the page should show the new reviewed count instead of disappearing.

Texas uses the county FIPS segment in valid API identifiers. New Mexico uses the source county code and retains the source county name. A permit is not a drilled, completed, or producing well.
