Several additional raw Texas rows have conflicting county names and codes, including rows that share a code while carrying different place names. They remain in the QA set but are excluded from this public table until the county join is resolved.

Production-month context

The current production rollup has May 2026 as the latest complete month for the primary numbered rows. The rows remain separate by state and operator number.

The facility layer shows why an operator page needs more than one label.
